Yesterday was one of those Fridays when Bandcamp gives everything to artists. Which meant checking what I have on my wish list. I have know The Spacelords for some time. Yesterday everything just locked in right place. Their music worked so well I have to buy all their albums they have on Bandcamp.
I know the name isn’t the most exciting and band looks like two dads having time away from their families with old hippie bassist. But the music works if you have correct mood. It reminds me older Radar Men From The Moon. Albums before they got singer or started to use synths more. I have been looking for something like that. The Spacelords is that. This might start my journey deeper into space rock.
This video isn’t from their latest album. That was released this year and will be on my favorite albums of the year list. I saved latest video for that list.
